Phase II of the Estate Sale

Image
The estate sale went very well and was a huge success!  A good profit was made for the family but there are still items left.  So my next plan of attack to clear the home was to call The Community Reserve of New Carlisle.  The Community Reserve is a non-profit that takes furniture, clothing, household goods and in the case of a fire or flood in the community, gives those items to those in need at no cost.  Yesterday the fine folks at The Community Reserve came out to pick up much needed items that were left over from the sale. My next step is to have Goodwill pick up what remains - clothing, bed, books, glassware, glasses. The goal is to have the home clear so that it can be sold and the profits monetized.  I am well on my way to reaching that goal for my clients.  Stay tuned for Phase III!
